Vegetable Garden

Aims:  To set up and maintain a communal vegetable garden to which all Village residents can make a contribution and enjoy.

Progress as of July 2023:   Still under discussion. Main problem is to find a suitable location.

A member of our group, Mary Vickers, is the NE Lincs Community Food Coordinator and involved in a number of big projects in the Grimsby area. Although our garden would be much smaller, the principle would be much the same. A link to the project in Garibaldi Street which is just about to start is given below:
